a lil bit of maintenance...(56k go poop)

the coupe was due for an oil change so i decided to do it today...
i put the car up on jack stands...

the stuff i needed..couldn't find a mobil1 oil filter so bosch had to do for this time...

popped the hood and found this...

did a lil bit of engine bay cleaning and the sock had to sub for the filter for now...

under carriage shot...

had to babysit at the same time too coz wifey was inside the house online...

a lil bit of tunes while working...

putting this kit together...i'm thinking of doing a 65 shot.

the box is a lil beat up..but it still works.

time for a break...what to eat???

now time for that other break...

thanks fellas...yep, the kids are a handful but fun. i bought the vending machine at home depot for $300...i had some sort of $150 rebate or something.

on the first pic..it's on the ground right beside the small wrench. it's round with a handle and it gets tight as you turn to loosen the oil filter. it's pretty cramped where the oil filter is but you get enough space to loosen it bit by bit. i got it at autozone.

just put a screw driver through it. that will work. but i can always get mine by hand.
