ive googled it, searched for it on here. cant seem to find it. i have a 97 civic with all drilled and slotted rotors,4x100. i want to upgrade my brake lines to steel braided.

Nobody has a DIY kit, the liability risk alone from a lawsuit is way too high. You may find a shop that will custom make them to length, but that's about as good as you'll get without buying all the tools and materials yourself, which is not cost effective.
