well i finally got my hood in, looks like s**t tho, all f**ked up when i recieved it, the company i bought it from doesn't wanna fork over the 180 to refund me, instead they want to reimburse me 40 and tell me that ti's all DHL's fault for why it's f**ked up, the thing is, is that it's not DHL's fault, the dings and dents were well covered up and protected. they tell me that it ever part is inspected before going out. i'm about to send these pics to them and maybe they'll know they're in the wrong and give me my refund as deserved.

painted next week as soon as the downpipe comes in! :-D i can't wait i'm gonna save the paint for a surprise heheh :lol

plus the body shop is gonna fix all the little defects and s**t, hopefully fix the hood too. if they can't oh well no biggie, i plan on getting a c/f hood anyways. .

Did you pay for shipping insurance? If so then they need to contact DHL and fix the problem for you... that is if they actually care about your business.

there was shipping insurance, plus they told me that i would get a refund within 4-6 weeks if i filed a claim with DHL, but DHL isn't at fualt and they won't give me the money back

Don't send them pictures of the hood installed on your car. Then all they have to say is "How do we know those dents didn't come from debris hitting it as you drove around?"
