? about a paint job

If i go ahead and paint my 96 HB(with a body kit on it) and later on if i decide to put oem bumpers on, can i just paint the bumpers( the same color) w/o painting the whole car?

yea why not? as long as the paint code is there or if u have someone who can color match good

best thing to do is buy the paint urslelf and buy enough for both bumpers adn just save the extra. thatll increase ur chances of it being matched better. but to answer ur question yea, u can do that but matching is an issue

As long as the paint that you use now does not fade, then you should be alright.
