Add hp, low budget: '97 Civic

Hi all!

Greetings from PH! I have a Honda Civic VTi 1997 EK series, what would be your recommendations and suggestions on how can I maximize the power/speed of my car? I don't want it to technically be a racing type, but, any little upgrade to utilized its capability. Thanks in advance!
