Have any of you ever installed adjustable springs yourselfe? Is it hard or should I just send the car to the shop?

It's a pretty easy task, just time consuming. It will take you about 3+ hours your first time.

you're going to need a rachet set and 10mm socket, 14mm, and I believe either a 17mm or 16mm also you will need a spring compressor, thats pretty much it. Just remember to putthe bump stops back in, you may want to cut them in half though.

know actually if you don't then when you hit a bump the bump stop is taking all that pressure a ramming it rightin to your struts which equals blown out struts over time. then again if you take them all the way out you could do more damage. you can feel the difference.
