after install... throwing codes

after the install. the ecu went into limp mode. read the code off the jumper. codes were 16 and 17 which are injectors and vss speed sensor. any reason WHY these threw a CEL? i have obd2 to obd1 chipped p28 hondata s200. 450cc dsm injectors with honda resistor box.

The jumper harness may not be wired right.

the speed sensor isn't my biggest worry right now. but i think i figured out my problem. im gunna re wire the injectors to ensure proper connections.
