Heres the situation:
**this is for a 93 civic, the 00 civic will be in a few days**

I have a Momo steering wheel and a Momo hub. We are trying to wire it for a horn. The hub has one wire that comes out, and a plate on the bottom that is solid metal. My questions is, how does the hub get power? the back side of the hub is metal. does this thing:

come apart and one part stays on the column or what??? if not how the hell does this b***h get power to the hot wire

that is some sorta SRS thing that behind the stock steering wheel..i am so frustrated with this..someone please help

only thing about this is your going to need to have the stock steering wheel on for state inspections if you have them, yes they are required if the car came from factory with a SRS steering wheel.

the momo hubs r not really meant for street use. they r more for racing, and people that use them for such, arent worried about wiring horns and airbags. the sparco hubs were probably the better route to take.

u could tap some extra holes thru the inner plate, but i have absolutly no idea how that will effect the structurability of the hub.

*off topic* where in VA r u in?
