AIr conditioning help

i have a 97 LX Sedan and my air conditioning only works when it is either on full blast (4) or on the second fastest (3) whenever i put it on number 1 and 2 no air comes out at all. i've recharged the the system already but this did nothing, is this a common problem in these civics and what can i take a look at to fix this problem?

This more than likely has something to do with the analogue slider for climate change/blower motor speed on the console. There's a cable that connects to the blower. My guess would be something is broken/disconnected on it. It would take disassembling your entire dash to find it, though.

Could be a few things, but Check the blower resister.
