HI i have a 1996 honda civic and i live in arizona its about to start getting hot so i wanted to fix my a/c well it had a leak in one of the lines so i went and replaced it and then i noticed the fan behind the a/c evaporator wasnt spinning so i replaced it now every thing works but its really weak the ac blows but its barely cold so should i just replace the ac compressor

When you replaced the leaking A/C line, did you replace the receiver/dryer, vacuum the system and then check whether vacuum was held overnight to leak test the system? Did you then recharge the system with 22 oz of R134A?

The system is filled with air. That's VERY bad. Have a shop recover the refrigerant and start again. If you don't follow all the steps I mentioned, don't expect to have a working A/C system.

I just explained why the A/C is not cold. You didn't do the job like you were supposed to. There's air in the system mixed with half as much refrigerant as is needed (=VERY BAD). Do what I recommended.
