air restrictor

hey, i don't know much about cars, but one of my friends was talking to me about air restrictors. where is it located on the 2000 civic se?

not really sure never heard of anything reffered to by this......do you have any idea where it would be located???

apparantly it's a plastic plate between the intake manifold and the throttle body, but i don't know much else

the only thing between the throttle body and the intake mani is a thin paper gasket...... i know the make this thing that you put between the two that is supposed to give you hp but its a scam thing like the whole intake torndao thingy

Intake, headers and exhaust. Don't even look into s**t like those damn Tornados and Spiral Maxes. They are nothing but s**t that nothing but idiots will think of getting.
