Hey everyone names Anthony and I'm new here. Had my 99 Civic EX Coupe since but just now became enthused to start making something out of it. I still want to be able to daily it, and I'm not looking to "race". Just want a head turner. Car is current;y completely stock. So guys, where should I start? :]

I also have a Milano red ej8. I'd say keep it red.. lip, si grille, drop, rims, and your good.

And also, redo the siding by your window. How it's silver.. get new one(s) and get them new and black again.

Keep the red. Try some black rims. JDM Lip. Drop it.
Tint the windows. and get Black "DOHC V-Tec" decals and slap it on.
and a HID convertion kit.

go through the 6th gen in "member rides" (<<<or click that) and see what you like, what you dont like. (you drive a 1999 EJ8 6th generation civic. it'll be helpful when people respond to your post, or make it eaiser when you post. also >>> JDM - Japanese domestic market CTR civic type r and ITR integra type r are a few commonly thrown around phrases.)
