hey guys,
I finally got to rig up a tachometer and volt meter which was nice... i looked at forums here which helped out a lot .. does anybody know how to put in after market fog light on my 99 Civic the bumper isn't cut out for them but i want to know what to use the cut the bumper with?

you can use a dremel to actually cut the bumper..search for the write up on how to install fog lights

A fresh utility knife will cut through the bumper like butter. A lot less messy than a power tool too. OEM Honda foglight kit includes instructions on where to cut the bumper, and if you look closely at the backside of the bumper cover you'll see the template.
