First of all I want to say thanks for all of the help guys, especially everything you've told or recommended to me Barry.
So I received my new receiver today, and I have questions about it. This is my first receiver with three sets of preamps. The Alpine that I've got in there now only has one set-rear, which I have connected to the amp, and then the amp powering all speakers. Now unfortunately, I'm going to have to run with this amp until I have enough money to buy another one so I need to know how to wire it. Should I connect the RCAs to the front or rear preamps? Also, what are these switches? They're on the underside of the headunit, top to bottom.
Are they selection switches for the preamp outputs? Like norm is for connection direct to speakers, and ext ap is for connection to an external amp? Excuse if this is a retarded question, or obvious answer, I just want to be sure.
Also, how do I know which switch is for which set of outputs? Here are the outputs, top to bottom.
