Alpine vs Rockford

out of these two speakers, which one would be better looking for more bass for the rear, here's the link, but im planning to buy them on ebay...

I have the alpines in my car and I love em. But dont buy them there i got 2 sets for $130. But dont buy them on ebay either, try www.onlinecarstereo.com thats where I got mine.

let me tell you straight. i work at BestBuy and i put both of those up on display and have put them in cars. either one is great however for show reason i like the alpines grills better. but sound both great. i have rockfords in my civic, but going to get alpine soon, because BestBuy just started carrying them.

i think alpine has better sound quality over rockford. both are awesome. then again i am a MEMPHIS kind of guy

I am in love with everything alpine their s**t is pretty top notch. Got my alpine type R 6 1/2's off ebay for like 100 bucks.

I personally love the bass that the rockfords put out.. but Alpines are great as well..

i would choose rockford.. the rockford could handle 75rms.. the alpine handles only 40rms.. 40 is not enough for me.

Id rather have Alpine than RFosgate..........But Id rather have audiobahn over Alpine.........but thats pricey stuff.

yeah i went ahead on got the Alpine on saturday, its much better then the pioneer, for no im running only the HU, might get an amp later on, but the front door rattles like hell when i put it up, any suggestion? or do i need to get dynamyte?

Rockford Fosgate makes the Fast and Furious line of head units.

Thats reason enough for me to avoid it.

You might wanna avoid the dynamite there JJ. Try some dynomat instead before you blow it up.

find out what part of the door rattles, ussually its the inner door panel or the handles that rattle
just remove the part and stick some cardboard or some rubber padding behind it and put it back on, it'll stop the rattling,
dynamat only reduces exterior road noises

PS...you wouldnt want to put dynamite in your car
