Amp and sub install help

I'm not getting any sound from my subwoofer. I have a 2 ohm DVC sub and a monoblock amp. I have the inner positve and negative subwoofer terminals wired together and the outer positve and negative terminals running to the respective terminals on the amp. Is there anything I could be missing? Thanks in advance.

Is the amp powered correctly? AKA a good solid ground, and a fused line to the positive battery terminal, or something similar?

The ground is most likely the culprit. Also check and make sure the fuses are ok. The one under the hood and the one actually in the amp.

Yessir thank you for the input guys, it was the inline fuse
