ok considering you have a aftermarket deck.
your gonna need to find a blue wire on the back of your deck this is your remote wire.
on the amp your gonna have power, rem, ground, also rca's
power, 4 guage is good for anything over 500watts run wire from battery woth a fuse within 12" from the batt. and run that down the left side of your interior.
rem= remote take this wire from the back of you rdeck and run this wire along with your power wire.
ground - get the same size wire as your power and ground this on you chassie some where, most people use the seat belts bolts, just make sure its no longer than 3 ft.
RCA's - these plug into the back of you deck but run thses down the other side of your interior (keep these away from power wires).

they sell amp wireing kits wit everything your gonna need, just buy one and take your time keep all wires orginazed and use lots of zip ties, the neater it is inthe begining the eaiser it is to upgrade or find problems.

good luck

if you dont know how to do something, why not take it to a shop. They can take care of it there
$60 buck so you dont end up f**king up your car is a fair price

Don't forget to label your wires for future reference.
I had my cousins shop do mine and it came out great. Clean install and if you looked into the car, you would never know I had anything in there.

just take your time installing and label your wires and keep it neat and youll end up doing a great job, its not hard to do basic audio installs, the hard part is doing it. if you have and question pm me or post up and ill help as much as i can.

Agreed. Take your time and don't rush it. Also when you're taking panels apart, if you have to really force it off, you're probably doing it wrong.

i agree purchase a panel popper it will save you a great deal of plastic clips, check for screws holding panels along with clips.

yup get a panel popper $9.99
oh yea you will need a good set of klein crimpers $19.99
power drill pick it up at target $29.99
screws $4.00
hey thats almost the price of an install.
I see do it yourself installs all the time from people that swear they know what they are doing.

Most of the time the f**k ups are from not having the right tool.
And if you do f**k it up any shop will charge you double to fix that s**t.
I know I would

exactly.
you going to let the amp float around the trunk or bolt it to something.
Do you have an available grommett to run your power wire through or are you going to just run it through a door jam.
you dont know what tools you will need till you have broken something
