amp not working!

i have a mrp-m450 mono alpine amp hookup up with 12' alpine typeR sub with program box.
problem: the amp its not powering the sub.
checked: all fuse, i also tried the sub on my friends car and the sub works fine, the light on the am turns on.
what should i do next?

who installed the amp/subwoofer? was it done correctly? do you know the correct ohms to each product? what gauge wire are you running?.. just some questions to ask just in case whoever installed it made a little mistake

i installed it myself. i got the wiring kit where i got the amp and sub he said to use that.
after i installed it, it was perfect! but i had to take it out cuz got into accident, so the amp and sub was out the car for a while.

check rcas, mke sure the are on correct slots, and wired speakers on correct spots.

yea just go over each wire....and each fuse....and i bet you will find the prob

i actually did that but i will try it again and my last resort is to swap it with my friends amp or go to the audio store and ask whats wrong.....
