amps not powering up

I have 2 amps and a computer (w/ DC-DC converter) powered directly from the battery. In the trunk I disconnected everything to build an amp rack. Initially I forgot to disonnect the battery and when my screw driver touched the screw on the amp, it sparked a little. I continued to disconnect all the amp wires (w/ the battery disconnected). After I built the rack and reconnected everything, my amps (or the computer) wont turn on! So Im pretty sure the same issue is causing both the amps and the computer not to turn on.

Ive replaced the fuse on the computer and that still wont turn on (so I dont think its a problem with teh amp fuses either).

My car will turn on, and all the stock elictrical things work, but it seems like what I added now isnt getting power.

Any ideas?

So I checked the amps with a multimeter and Im getting 12V going to the amps, so Im assuming its the amp control wire, but I have that connected with the power-in on the head unit, which is how i had it working before... :(

I may have mixed up the + and - on the speaker wire, would the amp prevent itsself from turning on if this is the case?
