I live in Denmark, and just ordered $1818.99 parts from them, they then promised me before I went true with the order that they would take of 50% on the invoice that was send with the parts, then I would not have to pay over 40% in customs. They would then send me the real invoice by post.
But it turned out they didn’t do that, and now I have to pay $790.98 to get my parts at customs. They even send it to the wrong airport, so i hade to pay to get it shipped to my door.
The service is great until they get you’re money, then they just read you’re mail, and don't answer back, I’m really disappointed with them!

To top it off, the send me the f**k#¤ wrong front and back bumper, they are not for a HB, and are not for the 99-00 model. How stupid do you have to be to ship the wrong parts to the other side of the world, and not double check? Let’s se what they are going to do about it, I’m not paying for shipping all the way back to the US.

Well, ass expected no one answered any mails after that. So after 2 days, I wrote to the boss and told him the whole thing. He then said he could take care of it, and then the person who i placed the order with freaks out, and sends me a mail. Its all about how she has undercut there own prices to meet there price-matching special. And how much time she has spend answering my mails, because when calculated against here hourly wage the company has actually lost money on this deal.
Now hold you’re horses, how can you blame the customers for you’re own price-matching special? They didn’t even match any prices, because the told me they would lose money.
And the reason why there were so many mails written back and forth, was to make sure that nothing got f**ked up. They will lose even more money now, that they have to send all new parts half around the globe, and have the wrong stuff shipped back home.
