another random stall thread...

What's up guys?

At times the Civic will randomly stall and not start until it sits for a bit. Today leaving work it started up, idled down and died. Done a lot of reading, searching, and more reading and to no avail still can't figure it out.

Heard relay and pump whirl, tried again and didn't hear the pump prime (could've left the key ON, so it wouldn't have clicked and primed).
CEL goes off.

I tested relay, good.
Checked ignition switch, only my Hanes manual says to check blue/white-blue/white with key OUT, found a diagram online that said KEY IN. Anyways, when I checked for continuity between those 2 wires with key OUT there was none.

New plugs, wires, cap, rotor, coil all done within the last few months... also fuel filter. only problem is a bent coil spring that I straightened out but I'm pretty sure the car did that before I replaced the coil last year too.

Please help.

When the engine won't start:

-Does the fuel pump prime?
-Does the CEL remain on steady when the key is in ON(II)? Any CEL codes?
-Is there bright white spark at all 4 plugs?

Fuel pump primes
CEL goes on and off like it should
No Codes.
Spark it just like it should be, problem is intermittent. Once it sits for a few minutes after idling down and dying it fires up like nothing happened and runs like a champ.
