antenna??

mabey i just suck at life or what but this f**king new antenna is being a b***h. lol how in the hell do i put the new antenna wire down that hole on the top of the car. i can get it most of the way down if not all the way down and but i can not see or feel the damn wire at the bottom wtf am i doing wrong i have allso used a hanger to help guild it wtf

come on guys i know some one has had to change there antenna at least once how did you guys feed the wire back down to the radio??

are you referring to an aftermarket antenna? if you put it above your rear view mirror, you run it up to the ceiling then over to your a-pillar then down, and then to your radio. there isnt really a right or wrong way to do it. you can also get extensions for the wires if you want.

Yeah, I don't know what you're talking about either.

If it's a replacement for the stock antenna though, sometimes it just needs lube in order to get it to start sliding again.

i hope u havent ripped out your original antenna bc if u have your basically screwed. i replaced my antenna in my first hatch by cutting the antenna wire after pulling out my deck. then i taped tennis string wire to one end and fished it out of the car. then untape the old one and tape the new one on and just pull it back through.

see heres the thing about that lol and your gonna laugh

the guy before me did and just stuffed it back in there and screwed it down i tried everything 2 and half hours of work with coat hangers thick wire trying to feed it up from the bottom i finally got so fed up with the s**t i was so pissed i just shoved it in the hole and when it got to the 90 degree bend i was even more pissed and just went crazy then it just fell into place like wtf after 2 and half hours and it just falls into place lol
