any body wrk at a HONDA dealership?

well a my fren gave me a honda cd player i dont think is the one that came on civics this is one is big like the ones in accords it plugs right in to the factory cables it turns on but it asks for a CODE its a FIVE digit code i calld HONDA and they told me to take it to a dealership and give them the model # of the cd player and they should take care of it
the closes HONDA place is far away from home
can a any one help me out here thx

i tryed but started tlking all this BS about (they need to check if the stereo belongs to me ) calling me a theif in other words so we had a lil argument i try to be nice and xplain that it was from a fren but it didnt wrk thats why am asking the CCmembers
