find some leather seat's, try to go all black every where, if you dont wanna spend too much and have time/effort to do a couple things yourself check out the How-to section or search for some ideas on the site.

All black with red's been done before try matching your interior the same as a Type-R just matching your exterior's blue. bad ass

Well maybe I can give you some ideas with what I'm doing to mine..
I have tan interior though, so mines a bit uglier :???:

I'm painting all interior pieces like the dash, door panels (excluding the carpet piece), the center console, the pillars, the back side panels, black. Then i'm taking the carpet pieces from the front door panels and dying them blue. I'm buying blue/black racing seats with blue 4 point harnesses. A blue/black shift boot, and blue/black floor mats. I got a brand new black carpet from www.stockinteriors.com, and all blue LED lights in the gauges, the climate control, and 10" interior lighting tubes.

So far its coming along pretty damn good and looks extremely clean.
If you do an offset of colors like red/black, orange/black, blue/black, etc., it looks very good :D

Idk how much this will help you but hopefully you got some ideas.

:word: he pretty much covered most of it. maybe some blue led bulb replacement for the gauges and climate control.

Your interior is nice bro. But I would definitely start with a password jdm shift boot. Maybe a new shift knob. That one looks cool though. I agree with the guy that suggested a short shifter. I know megan racing has one for 20 bucks. I'm using one now and I have no complaints. Don't spend money on replica stuff for ur interior. So if ur gonna upgrade seats and steering wheel u should save up for the real thing. Maybe a nice spoon sports wheel. Or mugen, momo. That would look cool. Maybe a broadwway rear view..it helps visibilty a bit especially for tall guys like me. Oh and if u have old used pedals like mine maybe some new pedals. Mine were all smooth so my feet slid off every one in a while haha. If u were in cali id give u a stock oem honda cassette player. Not many people have one so it would be a cool addition at meets and s**t.
