Any of you experience this!!

My car is an EK/manual, there is a sort of whirring sound (not knocking) coming from the engine when ex.
1. you're at third running at 60-65kph or 5th at 100kph and lift your foot off the accelerator, when press again its gone
2. Changing gear from ex. 3rd to 4th at 60kph and press gas pedal a little harder than normal but when it pick up speed sound goes off.
3. At idle press hard on the gas pedal and after lifting your foot of it same sound

Just had oil/spark plug and air filter changed.

is your ride completely stock? do you have a cold air intake or a short ram?

what mods to you have?

Thanks for the reply but my car is still totally stock no mods yet. I just noticed this after I push the car to max rpm (ave. 5000) at every shift of gear till 5th at 170kph. Any other feedback guys!!!

clean your throttle body and have a professional check the idle screw to see if at the stock setting.

Check and see if the air box is closed properly. If the air box isn't closed the right way, you can get some noise.

make sure your timing belt is on tight enough. one time mine wasn't and it made a whining noise. other than than, all i could think about is from your intake box.
