Anyone ever remove there rearview mirror?

My GF and I got into a fight a couple days ago, and I accidently swatted her rearview mirror down. How is that mirror held up anyways? Just some epoxy or something?! We tried supergluing it, we tried hot glue guns, all with no luck. I have some epoxy stuff that Im going to try out tomorrow. If that dont work, hopefully someone here knows how to make it stay up there, cause Im just bout ready to screw that mofo in!

Go to the autoparts store. There is something called "Rearview Mirror Adehisive". You might want to try that on your rearview mirror.

just make sure you follow the directions and get all the old glue off. You'd be suprised how many people come back in 10 minutes later bitching that the product didn't work. : I'd go and look and they didn't remove any of the old glue and didn't use the primer at all then tried to hang the whole heavy ass b***h of a mirror. Glue smeared all over the inside of the windshield etc...
