Anyone ever seen these wheels or have a set?

This is from the US '99 Civic Full Line Brochure.
I'd like to get a set of the top wheels.

i've seen the 14" one but never the 15" one. i rarely have seen the 14" one

After a little research, I confirmed those are European '98-'02 Accord Type-R wheels. If not, theyre identical but a different size.

The ATR wheels are 5 lug and 17".

The wheels for the Civic were optional 15" wheels for 99-00 models.
I've seen them a few times, there are Acura version too, only difference being the center cap.
