Anyone going to south padre this spring break?

I know theres a car show going during the weekend of march 12-13. its the South Padre Island Tuner Bash.

I saw that..

I'd love to go - S. Padre is the s**t - even without the cars.. Problem is Hotel Prices are going to be exaggerated. If I could find a Mariott there I could stay for free. (I dunno if they would let me use my rewards points during spring break though)

I'll have to see about that.
