Local guys anyone got Tein Stech on their car? Just want to know if you guys like the drop, which car you have it on, what size rims, camber kit or not. I got Kyb agx and 205/50/15 tires. You think it'll rub?

blake has tien springs. They dont rub and hes rolling on 17's with no camber kit and no aftermarket shocks. He says he loves them. So I dont see anything bad from them. He has a 1.7 drop, I believe. Just wait for him to reply =) and he'll tell you about them.

I had them on my '00 civic with stock shocks. Very little rubbing on hard turns with 205/50/15 on 6.5" rims, and lots of rubbing on hard turns with the same tires on 7" rims. No camber problem. Drop was 1.7 front and 1.9 rear. They were a bit too soft for my 'spirited' style of driving.

I'm still thinking of getting them vs. coilovers. Sounds like people who have'em like them.

yes, I typed it backwards.

I switched from 15x6.5" rims to 15x7" rims.

I think the Si rims are 15x6" so you should be fine with those for sure.

Yeh I would recomend S-techs, I like them alot. i have 205/40/17 and they dont rub at all, it is a 1.8 front and 1.7 rear drop. There not bouncy at all. They would go really good wit your KYBs.

So you would say Stechs on stock struts work well? Not too bouncy?

like x007den, they're not too bouncy.......It has to feel like driving on clouds with some aftermarket struts
