been wanting to buy an exhaust for a while now and have set my mind on a Apexi N1 Exhaust system. I have asked around about whether it will fit on my civic or not and have mixed responses from, it will bolt straight on to you may need to shorten/extend your b pipe or buy a test pipe/extendable de-cat etc. So i thought id ask the community if they knew the answer to my problem whether it will fit or not. to be more specific i have a EJ9 Hatchback, D14Z2 stock engive, catalytic converter underneath the car not on the manifold. If you need any other info from me to help you just ask :D

I'm pretty sure it will bolt right up if you buy one that was made for the civic hatch. If you have fitment issues length wise, Black Works sells a telescoping test pipe. I have used it before, but at its shortest length it might still be a little to long. I had to cut a section of the telescoping part shorter to fit it for my application (buddyclub spec 2). If you have any doubts, maybe find someone else in your area that is running a N1 so you can visually see the fitment for yourself.

^ this
worst case if it dosent bolt directly up then it can be made to work either by an exhaust shop or other things such as listed above.

Thanks alot man, yeh i also looked at the buddyclub spec 2 but it was a little raspy for my liking and buddyclub themselves said i would need an extendable de-cat for it to fit. Unfortunatly i am one of a very few owners of a civic within miles of where i live, one is a beat down stock one just down the end of my road, and the other i have seen never seems to be driven, its been in the same spot for months and as far as i can tell never moved, looks the part though. I guess worst comes to worst ill have to do some adjustments but thanks for the advice.:suprise:

I say just buy the muffler and have the exhaust bent at a local shop :what:

Would be cheaper to have it bent and welded locally...

it bolts right up man. just make sure you take it to the shop if you don't know how to do it yourself. 590 isn't bad. i got mine for 580 shipped.
