Apex'i N1 Rub

hey i just got the apex'i n1 exhaust for my 99 EJ and i have a black widow back bumper.......its a a perfect exhuast but what sucks is that the muffler rubs against my bumper.......i was wondering if anyone else had it on there civic and if it rubbed or not (with a kit on the car).....im just tryin' to find a new back bumper that will fit without it hittin'

i had one on my 99 si, stock bumper though...but it rubbed for like a month...eventually it just settles in and stops rubbing

aight cool...i appreciate it.....i guess i am gettin' a little impatient..........ya know, you're saving up and then finally get what you want and something seems to go wrong i guess i was just freakin' out since it was brand new

ya it should settle a little bit but make sure you watch your back bumper so it doesnt burn the paint, make it peel, or turn it black....just a heads up

yeah, it bugged the crap out of me, saved up all that money and then it wouldnt stop rattling...but eventually it will, but like 2kstreetcivic, be carefull of the burning, i didnt really care cause my car was black, but my friend has a blue one and it kinda messed his bumper up

Mine rubbed on my stock bumper as well. I actually cut a chunk of the underside of the bumper out where it was rubbing.

dizzamn, cant u weld that into one place? and not make it rattle? cuz i was planning on gettin an N'1 or WS, not sure which one, i like the WS because of the stock look, but the n1 because of the sound, o well,lol
