Apexi VAFC II AND THE APEXI AFC NEO

Whats up guys, I wanted to see everyones opinion about the Apexi VAFC II and the Apexi AFC NEO. Does it actually work or no? I've been around people who have it and say its the best thing they bought and others say it was a waste of money. Well i want more input on this. If you can help.

ok i've been on a lot of forums and everyone keeps saying that NA is a waste of money tell me why? no one never explains it!! Has there been any proof that a NA D17 is a waste of money and that it received no gains!
