I should mention that I already have a Rockford Fosgate Mono Amp powering my speakers, so if I got this I would want the Pioneer amp to power the Pioneer subwoofer. If that can be done.

What does the price have to do with it? I already knew the costs of them brand new. I don't care about the monetary value, I wanted to know if they are good equipment or pieces of s**t. I am not too lazy too look it up. I just don't see the relevance.

pioneer makes good bang for the buck, its clean and hits well, i have 2 pioneer 12's and am getting a pioneer amp, i love they way they sound and the price was right

the premier hits awesome, with that amp it should sound awesome, make sure you get the right kind/size box and wire it up right with all the fuses. there was a test on the sub by Car Audio and Electronics a while back , let me get you the link: HERE

then you should come listen to my stuff. they hit hard as hell and very good quality. theyre better than two systems my friends have...1) rockford fosgate punch series (he admitted it) and 2) sony xplods

Punch is good stuff, it could be a number of things that make em sound worse, Sony just flat out sucks for audio thats why i'm getting a pioneer amp, yours might sound good, but i have yet to find one better than mine for the money, you spent 1000, i spent half that for my whole setup brand new

Yeah I have a Punch amp and Punch Sub in my car now, they are pretty nice. I traded my Alpine sub and amp for those (my alpines were broken).

Not sure how well it will work, but once I have the money I want to get a 2 sub box and have both the subs (rockford and pioneer) in that with seperate amps (rockford and pioneer) powering each (since both amps are mono) Not sure how good an idea that is, but figured I'd run it by the ppl I'm gonna have it installed by. If it ends up being a bad idea I will just give my sister one of the two sets.

ClemsonCiv I have no money. I am only doing this through a trade with someone local.
