They will need a repaint. Located like 20minute drive from where I am. Just before I make an appointment with him to check them out. Are they worth it? Should I buy?

what do you mean hold air? seems to be no bends only a small curb rash on one rim. But i would deff check that out if I go to buy them .
they have those tires on them but they are bad. I have 15inch meshies which would need new tires anyways pretty soon.

sometimes when a rim is bent so much its hard to balance and keep the air in the tire. but the picture shows them with tires on, so yes, it does appear that they hold air
