My friend drives a newer Toyota Camry and he bought two 12inch Rockford Fosgate subs for it, mounted with an 860watt Rockford Amp. All neccesary wiring and such. But, stock HD. We tried hooking it up ghetto style like we did with my friend Ryans old Mazda 626(miss that car) by running wires straight from the sun to the rear speakers, haha. Anyway, we tried some stuff.. nothing worked. Threw in the amp and powered it up(no controller at the moment, haha) and then there was a small sound and there is no sound from the speakers anywhere. We think it could be a blown fuse but we're kind've retarded at electronics haha. Don't call us idiots and s**t, cause we know we are. Boredom + car = experiments. Any ideas as to whats wrong? we know they can't just have all died... cause.. the cd player still turns on and shows that it's playing.

Blown fuse sounds like my guess, either in the amp or the fuse panel in the car

lol, ok so the speakers work but theyre sorta sounding weird. Only three of them though. The other one blew completely. Yep, so we're doing it right this time and replacing the deck with a new Alpine one, replacing the speakers with some cheapo- Pioneers maybe, and adding(maybe) an iPod. Stay tuned ;) haha
