does anyone kno what i can do to fix the problem?

hmm...hid should not do that...cuz they require less power than traditional halogen, at least after the initial turn on. but it sounds like your hid wires are causing some electrostatic interference with your radio signals, this can also happen if you put in un protected core spark plugs. do you have any wires running thorough your engine that connect to your stereo? like subs or anything? anyways, i would look for some insulation wrap and use it on your hid wires. that might help.

i actually just have the HID's tied down with zip ties.
i just bought them and put them on like they are no additional stuff.
no fancy sound system just stock

The same thing happened to me when I had a plug&play kit. I'm pretty sure it was the ballasts. As far as I can remember, there was no ground for the plug&play kit I had.
