auto needs boost

is there away to make my auto accord fast ?
the civic is sold so im back with auto i have alot of crap done but nothing really to the engine. can it be fast as a standard or forget about ?

not really worth the price, i woulda kept the civic and boosted that...an Auto would probably blow up at the spot when power goes threw the torque converter straight from the newly turbo'd engine...i dunno...Ask Knockoff.

You can boost your auto....Though your not gonna have as much control as you would with your stick. A little info I know though its not a Honda. The Toyota Supras that had auto & turbo is great since they held boost smoothly between shifts with the auto.

I figure all you would need is a boost controller and remapped ECU that would fit your needs. Though I would recommend that you get a aftermarket torque converter. Also a lsd would be great.

dude I think it would be best to turbo an auto because the turbo is always spooling and u never have to worry about mis-shifting and messing up you engine or blowing something. It may be cheaper to have a M/T but with auto's all u do is mash the go pedel. Check these web sites to beef up your trans www.levelten.com and www.importperformancetransmissions. Both places you can either send your trans and they will beef it up for you or u buy the overhaul kit and some other stuff and you can build the trans your self or have your local shop do it. IMHO I would go with levelten check there web site they have a lot of things for autos

yeah sure he can do it... but for the amount to turbo it, AND the amount to build up the shitty auto tranny.... maybe a swap is in order??? probably cheaper and more fun to drive...

i wouldnt bother with the auto... u would be dumping too much $$ into somthing and ur gonna regret it later...

once you get the turbo power, youre gonna wish it was stick. how bout this, take all the money you had for turbo and trans s**t, get a used/wrecked f series 5 spd trans and all the s**t (probably cost less than built auto) then turbo...done. or an auto h22 swap.
