average price for a b16a swapped ek

alright so ive had a few friends and even my dad say i over paid for this ek hatch. im just seeing in all opinions and reasoning, what do you guys all think a ek hatch with a b16 swap is worth?

the one i recently purchased
96 cx hatch
jdm b16a swap (2nd gen)
ctr pistons,
gsr cams,
p78
lowered on tokico struts and neuspeed springs
99/00 tails
cf hood. has a crack from where the motor mount broke and the engine hit the hood.
solid hasport motor mounts
si front seats
type r seats in the back
full interior but the climate control vents are ripped out.
short throw shifter.
no ac or ps (of course)
slight honda rust at the moment its just surface rust on the pass rear wheel
the back bumper is brand new still primered
greddy catback
body is overall good except that bumper primered bugs me
tsw 17 inch rims

what would you guys assume a car like this would be worth. Thank you in advance.

110k on body and 18k on the engine with the rebuild

eh....maybe 3500....depending on the cond. of interior and body...and if it was purchased from anyone between 17-21....i'd buy it for 1500...maybe 2k.

well see the thing is i know the guy. its built right just cosmetic stuff needs to be done. looks good rebuild is strong. i was just curious to what you all thought. he was asking 3500 interior is good besides the climate control. everythings clean. bay is clean, barely any rust. but the guy is not stupid, bought his old car and never had issues. but im really looking forward to the hatch. like i said he was asking 3500 ima offer prolly 2800 and hope he takes it. hes a nice guy so im hoping it works out. car runs strong. drives straight. has receipts for everything. engine ordered from hmotors and rebuilt by my best friends dad. has receipts for everything. id say it looks good. just that bumper bugs the living hell out of me. lol but just wanted some input what you all thought. keep em coming. thanks for all the help guys. im sure ill be back for more help and helping with what i can on here.
