i just done a transmision swap from 4 spd to 5 spd. and now my driver side axel poped out twice and is leaking the gear oil out. what is the problem why it does that

Call Honda and check the axle part numbers for both and see if they are different. If they are, and they probably are, go down to an auto part store that has both in stock as reman units and compare them side by side. You may need to buy different axles.

Yeah... that is possible. But since you said you put it in twice already, I figured you would have noticed that yourself already.
It's also possible that you are not putting the axle in with enough force to push the clip past the retainer.
