"b***h Pin"

I just took out the b***h pin outta my manual transmission... I'm doin' a swap. This is the pin that goes between the shift rod (tranny linkage) and the transmission. Now, where the hell can I get this pin? I am not planning on reusing the one that I took out. I called Honda and they told me they have to special order it and that is going to be $30!!! Anyway... let me know... thanks for all your help in advance.

well... that doesnt seem to bad of a price for it. I would think the only other option would be a junk yard... $30 isnt bad for a special ordered part...

Do you know how small this pin is? Is not worth more than $2!

i had the same problem. what i did was i put the old one back in by tapping it in with a hammer. I have had a LS/vtec swap for about a year and have had no probs. The honda place gave me a similar price and i told him what he could do with it. But it will work.

If that's the case I guess I will have to reuse the one that come off the transmission. Good thing I didn't throw it away yet.

dude, just take it to a machine shop and have them make you one. shouldn't be more than $5.
