Your probably referring to "Rota Slipstreams" they come in various colors.... there fairly popular.... my best guess, of course there are alot of 5 spoke black wheels in the import parts world.

Just do a search for Rota Rims...

Fairly popular? Haha they are like a-holes... Everybody has em... Haha yeah i want them actually... They are great looking, lightweight, and cheap... But yeah they run $600-$800 with tires...
