I have a PR3 b16a in my girlfriends 99 civic it's running on and obd1 ecu. It has a skunk2 proseries IM. And a full exhaust. I've hear that with these mods havin the vtec engagment at around 4800 is actually better performance wise than the stock 5700. Is this true? Any input would be appreciated
