ok got a few questions about swapping a b16a2 and MT tranny from a wrecked 1999 si coupe i recently bought. i would repair this car but it would cost way to much money to do so and i bought this wrecked car for 2000 so i think i got a deal. ok to the question i have a 1993 civic EX coupe AT tranny will the 1999 si parts go into my civic for the engine swap and tranny swap or do i need to get the 1992-1995 parts to get the SI engine and tranny in my civic? waht i mean by parts is engine mounts, shift linkages, tranny mounts basically app other parts minus the engine and tranny itself.

Get one of these kits, might as well replace the mounts now that you've got the engine out.

Don't know if you need the 3 bolt or 2 bolt, just go look at the current mounts that came off the Si. Don't know how the t bracket situation works with the b16 so you'll have to look that up, use the Si shift linkage, be ready for wiring and installing pedals cuz its a pain, I suggest you pull the seat out

No the passenger side mount holds up the transmission, that mount is the reason you need to purchase an auto to manual mount. The post mount is the one on the driver side, I did a little research and I think the Si mount is a 2 bolt.
Heres a pic of a 3 bolt:
