b16a2 not starting

hi lads,i converted a d16y7 coupe civic to b16a2.engine, ecu, engine harness and ignition key.its and finished now,but when i tried to start it,it just kept crankin and crankin but the engine wont start,any ideas please?

the fuel pump isnt working and theres no spark at the plugs,the orange engine light isnt coming on
