B18 TB rotor and spring on Y7 TB?

Does anybody know if the B-series(B16, preferably the B18 - because I can get one for free) TB rotor and spring will fit on the D16Y7 TB with an automatic Y8 intake manifold.

So I'm looking at putting the B18 TB rotor and spring on the D16Y7 TB which I am ultimately putting it on the automatic Y8 intake manifold swap.

What I am trying to ask is if anybody had done this and instead of getting the Y8 TB rotor and spring which seems to be hard to find around My area. Can I just use the TB rotor and spring off the B18?

as long as it's not a GSR you can just use the B18 throttle body.

I'm not sure if You understood correctly. The only thing I will be using off of the B18 TB is the rotor(the rotating spindle at the end of the throttle cable that rotates in a circle that spins open the TB valve to let in air.) and the spring that the rotor sits on that provides tension to keep it from opening up completely on its own.
