B18b1 swap questions

Alright, so I'm doing an engine swap from a 96 Integra Ls into my 89 Civic Si. I've got most of the details figured out but want some opinions on the best route. I've done research using the search bar, so I'm looking for peoples opinions, not to get flamed because I asked a question.

What I already have:
-96 B18b1 w/ stock tranny
-Competion Stage 2 Clutch
-EFB2 Hasport motor mounts
-Hasport cable-hydro clutch cable conversion
-Hasport shift linkage
-B&M short shifter
-Phearable.net OBD1 ECU

What I want to know is how I should go about injectors and vacuum hoses. Since the B18 is a 96, it is OBD2 and I would need to get an injector jumper like so: http://www.rywire.com/catalog/obd1-harness-to-obd2-injector-adapters-p-36.html I've heard that I can take out my old D16A6 injectors and use those, but the B18 ones are larger. On top of that, I believe Phearable.net specially programs the ECU for the Injector size. Should I get the Rywire jumper for $60? Or use my old injectors?

Now for vacuum hoses and that stuff-I have the MAP sensor on my firewall and one built into the intake manifold. If I used the sensor in the intake manifold, or throttle body (whatever), then how would I set up all of the vacuum hoses and for the charcoal canister?

Thanks!

I'm pretty sure that single cam injectors are still 240cc just as integra injectors. We did a B1 swap in my friends hatch, and I could have sworn we used his stock injectors, and no problems.
