I'm sure someone's going to suggest checking earlier threads here or at Hondatech.com. However, you might also want to check out the Honda swap book by Aaron Bonk (can't remember the exact title, sorry). Bought it for my brother a few years ago. He never did go through with his proposed swap, but I've read that book several times and remember it had a LOT of good advice regarding parts (both aftermarket and OEM) and wiring advice. Also, compatibility and engine source info.
