B18C1 Pistons for Boosting

[Strange World]

I'm looking for some good, lower compression pistons to use for boosting. I've got Spoon pistons right now which are putting my compression at ~11.5:1, so I wouldn't be able to boost my Civic as is.

So far I've been looking at JE SRP Pistons, but I'm not sure what compression ratio I would need. If anyone has suggestions I'd appreciate it, or other brands to look into.

Updated my post. I'm looking at JE SRP pistons now, but I'm not sure what C:R to get, or if there'd ba better brand for me to buy.

funny, spoon does not make pistons because its not allowed in Group-N homologated racing

spoon doesn't make pistons...

for safe boost get something around 9.5:1, but then the key is in the tune and goals + compressor size + supporting mods + use of the car (daily or track) + amount you want to spend.... do some more research.

I just got some weisco pistons and shot-peened the stock rods for a mild build.

we use arias pistons and eagle rods. very common street car piston and rod set up.
