Ok I just bought me a 98 LX civic 4 door. I want to do a B20 turbo swap and I have some Questions.
1.Should I go V-tec or Non V-tec
2.what size Turbo for the engine (8/9 psi daily and up to 14 psi when racing) goal is 250+hp/tq
3.Any good shops in Arizona where I can get this done
4. Where can I get a B20 Block.
5.Or should I choose another motor.

Thanks

1 non vtec. no point in a vtec head if 250 whp is all you want
2. a t3 super 60 or a small trim t3/4 will get you to 250 whp
3. you'll have to ask in the regional forums for that
4. any swap store should be able to order one, or if your lucky, a junk yard. they arent the easiest things in the world to find
5. you wont be disappointed with a b20. im not.

its a shame ur b20 wont survive very long with boost

sleeves are half the size of other b series
its like taking a b18 and boring it to 84 mm

i can also vouch for the b20 i luv mine.

if you dont plan on sleeving the motor b4 u turbo it, just go w/ a LS swap and turbo that. w/ the proper setup and tunning u can get a lot out of it, even on the stock internals. my buddies is up to 348hp!

bzzzzttttt!! wrong! crvs are front wheel drive, and some have rt4wd, meaning its not a true 4wd system but instead its hydraulically activated when the front wheels start to slip. mine is rt4wd, its not very effective because you can't switch it on and when u need it, by the time it switches on you've already lost all of your momentum from the front wheels spinning.
