B20Z (CR-V) EK Swap - Complete Parts List

Been researching this swap and have came up with this list.I need confirmation as to if it is correct or not,what can be excluded and what needs to be included.In the list when i refer to the Civic VTI it is the same parts as the Civic SIR/SI etc.

Questions
--------------
1) From initial searches on ebay,i can only find aftermarket parts on some of the listed items such as throttle bodies and intake manifolds,fuel rails,does this matter?
2) What exhaust system should i be using? Will one from a B16A VTI work with the B20Z?
3) Will a B16A exhaust manifold (Header) work with this swap?
4) Does the B-Series tranny have to be hydro? If so,is it a direct bolt in?
5) If i bought a B16A tranny, normally will it come with flywheel,pressure plate,clutch fork,clutch fork pivot bolt,clutch fork release spring?
6) Would it be cheaper to buy a new complete B-Series mount kit such as Enjo instead of piecing together different mounts?

1. ebay isnt a great place to buy performance parts, as many are cheap knockoffs of the real thing, and are of poor quality. of the mods you listed, nothing but an intake manifold is worth getting for a stock b20.
2. you should use a header for an ls or b18c. b16a headers are shorter and you may have problems with oil pan clearance depending on the manufacturer.
3. its not a good idea, its too short, the b20 has a taller deck height than the b16.
4. for a 92+ car, yes, you want a hydro tranny unless you want to buy the cable conversion kit.
5. usually trannys dont come with the clutch or fly, those are bolted to the block. it should come with everything else, as all but the release fork are inside the tranny itself.
6. getting stock used mounts is fairly cheap, but its not much less money than a set of enjos. be warned though, the enjo mounts are extremely stiff, and the car will shake and vibrate a lot more than stock.
